1. Description of Dangerous Goods Classification for New Energy Vehicle Exports

New energy vehicles are mainly divided into two categories: pure electric and hybrid (gas-electric hybrid). Exporting new energy vehicles requires the “People’s Republic of China Export License” (i.e., Used Car Export License).
