It is mainly divided into the following 7 types, with specific applicable scenarios and issuing authorities as follows:
- Inspection Result Sheet for the Use of Export Dangerous Goods Transport Packaging: The most commonly used type, applicable to goods packed in cartons, bags, drums and other conventional packages; issued by the customs inspection and quarantine department at the location of the goods production factory.
- Entrusted Supervision and Inspection Report on Safety Performance of Export Gas Cylinders: Commonly known as “Boiler Inspection Certificate” or “Cylinder Certificate”, applicable to goods packed in gas cylinders; issued by the Special Equipment Research Institute at the location of the gas cylinder production factory.
- China Classification Society Intermediate Bulk Container Certificate: Applicable to goods packed in IBC ton drums; issued by the China Classification Society at the location of the ton drum production factory.
- Limited Quantity Dangerous Goods Certificate: Applicable to small-packaged dangerous goods; shall be applied for at the maritime bureau of the shipping port.
- Shipment Application for “Special Category” Goods: Applicable to special category dangerous goods such as electric vehicles, electric scooters, electric forklifts, etc.; shall be applied for at the maritime bureau of the shipping port.
- Portable Tank Certificate: Applicable to goods packed in tanks such as ISO TANK and small TANK; issued by the relevant authoritative organization.
- Air Transport Small Package Exemption from Dangerous Goods Packaging: Applicable to small-packaged dangerous goods via air transport; issued by the relevant authoritative organization.
